• What is Talk+?
Talk+ gives you high quality google video call, free phone call, SMS, text message and real-time over your iphone, iPod Touch and iPad via 3G or WIFI connection. Talk+ uses Google Talk and Google Voice service.
You can video call to friends using gmail on PC or Mac and other Talk+ users.
Free call to real phone number only available for US and Canada users, you need to register Google Voice first before using Talk+ to call real phone number.
• Do I need a new account? How can I register one?
Talk+ uses Google Account to connect to Google services. Please use your existing GMail(or your Google Apps) email address for user name and the password for that account.
If you don't have a GMail account, you can register one for free at gmail.com
• What username should I use to sign in?
If you have a gmail (regular Google) account, just use the gmail username.
If you have a @googlemail.com email account, please use the full email address. Eg: username@googlemail.com
If you have a Google Apps account, please use the full email address. Eg: username@mydomain.com

• Who can I talk to using Talk+?
All your online Google contacts who are either:

• Logged into Talk+ on a supported mobile device OR
• Desktop users who use Google talk from within gmail or the Google Talk desktop client.
• Which devices are supported?
Talk+ relies on IOS4 VoiP backgrouding in order to receive messages and calls, so you need to have a multi-tasking capable device. The video call requires a camera(back or front). At this moment, the following devices are supported:
• iPhone 3GS
• iPhone 4
• iPod Touch 3rd generation(voice call only)
• iPod Touch 4th generation
• iPad (voice call only)
• iPad 2
• Is my username and password secure with Talk+?
Absolutely. We use your Google credentials only to authenticate you with Google on a secure connection and do not store them anywhere outside your device. They are stored very securely on your device.
• How do I start a video, voice or text chat?
After you sign in, please click on one of the contacts from the list. This will take you to a contacts page that has buttons to start a video, voice and text chat.
• How can I change my status message and avator(head image) on Talk+?
You can modify your status message and avator photo in the setting tab, you can select exiting photo in iPhone for your new avatar.
• How can I get more of my contacts to use Talk+?
Please use the "+" button on the right top of Contacts.
• How do I provide feedback?

• Is Talk+ endorsed by Google?
No, Talk+ is an independent application that interoperates with Google Talk and Google Voice, it is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google.
• Can I receive calls even when I am not actively using Talk+?
Sure. Talk+ runs in the background when you're not using it and alerts you when there is an incoming call.
• Why my video call is not fullscreen?
Gmail just sends small size video, so your friend video is just on the top of the screen. If you call other Talk+ friends, you'll get fullscreen video call.
